5 1/2 Meals in Under an Hour

I've been very interested in Once a Month Meals and have decided to do a "me" version of this idea.  (this means making as many meals as possible in as little time as possible :) )

Tonight for example I made 5 1/2 meals in under an hour.

To do this I needed:

2 lbs Hamburger
1 can Green Beans
1 can Cream of Cheddar Soup
1/2 Bag Tater Tots
1 8 oz block of Cheese (Cheddar)
1 Can Black Beans
1 8ct Package Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 Box Banana Bread Mix
Plastic Wrap
Gallon Sized Ziploc Bag
Rectangular Baking Dish
12 Serving Cupcake Pan

1st I browned the Hamburger meat in a large pan.  While this was browning I layed out my ingredients and supplies, opened cans, drained cans, and shredded the cheese.  After the hamburger was cooked I took all but 1/2 lb and left that in the large pan (after fat was drained).  I then added the green beans and Cream of Cheddar Soup and mixed that together, put that in my Rectangular Baking Dish, covered with cheese and then covered with Tater Tots.  (I also made sure to start the oven to pre-heat while I was cooking the beef).  I then put that in the oven for 35 min at 450 degrees.

After the Tater Tot Casserole was put in the oven I layed out all 8 tortillas and proceeded to put enough Black Beans, Beef and Cheese to fill tortillas but leaving room for the tortillas to roll up nicely.  Once they were put together I wrapped each one in plastic wrap and put them all in one Gallon Sized Ziploc Bag (tight squeeze but not bad). These burritos will feed 2 of us (Wednesday Lunches TO GO for 4 meals)  I then labeled my bag and put in freezer to use later for TO GO Meals.

I then whipped up some "boxed" Banana Muffins for dessert tonight and for Breakfast on Sunday Morning where we will have Breakfast TO GO Sausage, Egg and Cheese Burritos I made last week.  I then threw them into the oven for 12 min and then was finished.

This took me around 47 min start to finish.
I think I'll try more when I have more freezer space.
(Mine is PACKED FULL at the moment! (hoping to get a deep freeze soon :) )

Also, did I tell you that the total cost of all of this (minus the plastic wrap) was $9.93?

That is $1.81/Meal!!

(I feed 5 tonight so that would mean each serving cost me around $ .36!

Have any of you made "bulk" food ahead of time?  Please share :)
