Taffy Apple Pizza

 
 
1 tube refrigerated Sugar cookie dough
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 med. Granny Smith apples
Cinnamon and sugar mixture
Lemon lime soda
 
Press cookie dough onto 15 inch baking stone and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and loosen cookie from baking stone. Blend brown sugar, creamy peanut butter, vanilla, and cream cheese. Spread on cooled cookie. Peel, core, and slice apples. Dip in lemon lime soda to prevent browning. Arrange apple slices on the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Cut into pieces and serve.
 
Optional: Drizzle Carmel sauce over top 
or add peanuts to top of Pizza or Both
